Testimonial regarding Bodster Equine Assisted Learning

Isle of Wight CouncilThe Adult Community Learning Service has been working with Bodster since September 2011. ?For the past two academic years we have grant funded some adult learning and accredited courses which target learners from a variety of backgrounds including those with disabilities or learning difficulties.? I am also aware of the work they do working in partnerships with schools, social services and housing associations, providing innovative programmes that boost confidence and self-esteem, support positive behaviour, social interaction, coping with change and where possible opportunities to include literacy and numeracy are embedded. ?I also endorse the work Bodster are doing with older learners funded by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education.

Bodster has always achieved the targets I have set for them and they are an active member of the IW Adult Community Learning Network. ?They have made a positive contribution to individuals and the wider community and I am pleased that Bodster is now established as a Community Interest Company.
